Mockmate is seeking a marketing intern to help develop content, and measure and execute our social media marketing.
Do you have passion for, and a curiosity about digital & social media (particularly YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok), combined with an interest in tech, HR (human resources) and artificial intelligence?
If you’re looking to start a career in marketing, this is the internship for you!
What you’ll do in this role:
- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the customer, our goals, and objectives.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and create post-able content
- Monitor our competitors on social media
- Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to on various social media websites.
- Utilize social media management platform (Hootsuite) to organize content and schedule posts.
- Track social media metrics, provide suggestions and insights, best practices, platform updates, and competitive research on new & emerging social platforms
- Help with day-to-day tasks and other Marketing duties as assigned
Other useful skills:
- Excellent writing skills
- Attentive to detail, have ability to meet strict deadlines, and be a self-starter
- Balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and prioritize them appropriately

Mockmate – Full-time Job Searcher
Mockmate is a job interview simulator. The application uses artificial intelligence to analyse the answers of the candidates and gives immediate feedback. It’s aimed at people who want to improve their interviewing skills to make sure they land the job of their dreams. Our goal is to disrupt the recruiting industry and make the application and hiring process more personal and inclusive.

- Out of this world gibberish-writing abilities (to write cover letters)

About the Job:
As a full-time job searcher, you will expose your accomplishments AND vulnerabilities to complete strangers who will not even bother to read your job applications.
If you’re lucky, you will be called back and have a 30 minutes pointless conversation with a recruiter that will only listen to the keywords you’re saying.
But who are we kidding? You will just never hear back from the hundreds of applications you’ll send each day.

Who Are We Looking For?
Mockmate is seeking a Business Development intern to help develop our market reach and our B2B sales strategy. The position is remote, but Mockmate is based in Barcelona.
Do you have passion for, and curiosity for B2B sales, CRM platforms, combined with an interest in tech, HR (human resources) and artificial intelligence? If you’re looking to start a career in B2B SAAS sales, this is the internship for you!
What you’ll do in this role:
- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the customer, our goals, and objectives.
- Manage the company’s CRM platform (Hubspot)
- Monitor our competitors websites and offerings and sales strategy
- Create weekly and monthly reports on CRM use and pipeline status.
- Automate Sales funnel and monitor performance.
- Create landing pages and promote them with Google ads and Linkedin ads
- Understand Google ads and monitor website and application performance.
- Reaching out to leads through email, LinkedIn
- Collect and organise Leads in CRM
- Create Sales Material (One-pagers, Sales presentation, Ebooks, etc…)
- Help with day-to-day tasks and other Sales duties as assigned

Mockmate is revolutionizing how people get jobs, starting with the interview.
We’re an HR tech startup seeking enthusiastic college Brand Ambassadors to be our “Mates at Mockmate”. Help us reach people who need help with interviewing.
Our free product helps you practice job interviews and with immediate AI-driven feedback. We’re a startup launching on college campuses nationwide. And we need your help!
What you’ll do:
Bring on new users (age 18-22) to Mockmate. Including your friends, teammates, roommates, and more.
How you’ll do this:
- Share Mockmate in conversation, with your friends, on social media, in the hallway, in your student newspaper, and anywhere else you think people might be interested.
- Keep track of users you signed up and meet targets.
- Reply to online reviews and comments – always be kind.
- Monitor our competition and feed new ideas in.
- Provide feedback and input on how to build the next best HR tech startup.
What you’ll get:
