Our vision is to help de-bias the hiring process.

Of course, nothing is 100% conscious and unconscious bias-free. Machines may inherently display some amount of biases, as they are built by humans.

In the future, we hope to build something that will be flawlessly objective, but for now, we are focused on our tech reducing the amount of bias that goes into the interview and hiring process.
